Training of the Directorate-General of Antiquities

This project aims to build capacity and enhance the efficiency of the staff working at the Directorate-General of Antiquities and Museums in Syria (headquartered in Damascus). The training program focuses on equipping archaeologists, conservators, and museum curators with the latest scientific methodologies and global technologies in the fields of digital archaeological documentation, modern restoration techniques, management of heritage sites and museums, and the protection of cultural property, especially in light of current challenges.
