Rif Dimashq Governorate

This project focuses on designing and implementing comprehensive training and qualification programs for the administrative staff working in the Rif Dimashq Governorate. The project aims to enhance the professional competence of employees, equip them with modern management and leadership skills, and improve the work environment. This, in turn, will positively impact the quality of government services provided to citizens across the governorate and boost the performance of local institutions.
